Derwent River Tour

    Our pick up point for the Derwent River Adventure Experience is located at Laskey’s Car park on Pioneer Avenue in New Norfolk, approximately 30 minutes northwest of Hobart. Guests can catch a bus or drive up from Hobart. We offer a complimentary pick up and drop off service from any accommodation in the New Norfolk area.

DRIVING FROM HOBART
New Norfolk is approximately 30 minutes drive from Hobart along the National Highway 1. Follow the signs to New Norfolk and take the exit onto Lyell Hwy. Drive 15.3km and turn left at the roundabout onto Pioneer Avenue. Laskey’s Car park is situated 650m on the left hand side.

BUSES FROM HOBART
The O’Driscoll Coaches Derwent Valley Link is a local family owned company operating a coach service between Hobart and New Norfolk from Monday to Saturday. They provide a pick up and drop off service at Laskey’s Car park, Tassie Bound’s pick up and drop off point.

Twilight Tour

Lake Pedder Tour

    We offer a complimentary pick up and drop off service from any accommodation in Westerway, National Park or Maydena. Alternatively, our pick up point for the Lake Pedder tour is at the Possum Shed Cafe in Westerway.

DRIVING FROM HOBART
Westerway is approximately a one hour drive from Hobart along the National Highway 1.
Follow the signs to New Norfolk and take the exit onto the Lyell Highway. Proceed to New Norfolk and drive through the town before following Glenora Rd sign posted as “Rivers Run” B52 Highway. Turn left at Bushy Park and left again at Westerway onto Gordon River Road. Our pick up point is at the Possum Shed Café in Westerway.
